Nagib Hermes hails from the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. His early culinary influences include his mom's Lebanese home cooking, the Swedish chef on the Muppet Show, and a pivotal junior high summer spent in Ramen Noodle Experiments.

Nagib Cooks was born out of everyday observations in American cooking: fear of seasoning, overcooked meat, and over-priced imitation hummus. In other words, America has forgotten how to cook and Nagib is here to help.
